Solution Annealing

The purpose of solution annealing is to dissolve any precipitates present in the material, and transform the material at the solution annealing temperature into a single phase structure. At the end of the solution annealing process, the material is rapidly quenched down to room temperature to avoid any precipitation from occurring during cooling through lower temperature ranges.

We have our own annealing furnace with a capacity of up to 1 Metric Ton to a temperature of 1200 degree celcius.

Pickling

Pickling is a metal surface treatment used to remove impurities, such as stains, inorganic contaminants, rust or scale from ferrous metals, copper, precious metals and aluminum alloys. It’s called “pickling” because it involves the use of an acidic solution known as pickle liquor. The exact composition of the pickle liquor varies depending on the type of metal on which it’s used. For low-carbon steel, pickle liquor typically consists of hydrochloric or sulfuric acid. For high-carbon steel, on the other hand, pickle liquor typically contains additional acids like phosphoric and/or nitric acid.

Passivation

Passivation

In Passivation, the surface of the stainless steel is treated with an oxidizing acid, to dissolve carbon steel, sulfide inclusions and remove iron and other surface contaminants from the stainless. The acid further works to promote the formation of the chromium-rich passive film, which imparts the corrosion resistance quality
Both types of metal finishing have great advantages

  • Removes impurities from metal products
  • Protects the metal from penetration of pollutants causing rusting and damage
  • Smoothens metal surface & reduces imperfections
  • Improves metal durability

Polishing

Metal polishing can be performed with several varieties of abrasive. The best abrasive for it largely depends on the condition of the material that will be polished. Polishing and buffing can also contribute to workplace safety. Helps prevent corrosion & brings out the shine in metallic surfaces.

Our polishing types for anchors- Barrel Tumbling & Vibratory finishing.

With vibratory finishing, the parts, media and compounds are placed into a tub, and instead of spinning like a barrel tumbler, the tub vibrates rapidly. The vibration causes the parts and media to rub together.

Gun Welding Services

A welding gun is a portable device used to achieve semi automatic or automatic welds on pieces of metal. Used for several types of processes, including spot welding, arc welding and electron-beam welding.

Benefits of using a welding gun : Better productivity due to quicker contact tip change times.Improved quality of the welds performed.increased acr-on time due to the comfort of the operator.
